The elevator service industry is failing to meet the needs of their customers. When the team at American Elevator was formed, it was clear that property managers, building owners, and engineers were not getting the services they were paying for, made obvious with the condition of the equipment. Our goal is to provide safe, reliable vertical transportation. We offer preventative maintenance, repair, modernization, installation, 24/7 call-back service, annual and full load safety inspections.
American Elevator’s mechanics are licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and proficient in new elevator technologies in addition to problem solving older equipment. Our mechanics and technicians are National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP) Certified.
